NEW HOME URGENTLY NEEDED FOR BRANDY

BRANDY is a big, quiet eight year old boy, who finds himself back with us, through no fault of his own. He has been in a home for two years but he now needs a second chance.

He was originally with us for two years. A very big dog with tendon problems in his front feet, he was constantly overlooked even though he is an extremely handsome lad. He was finally chosen by two of our existing owners who already had three of our dogs. Sadly, that home is now gone due to a marriage breakdown and we have a very distressed and sad dog. We have managed to find him a foster home, but this is only a temporary situation. He needs to be back in a home environment as soon as possible.

Due to a fall when he was racing, Brandy has very weak tendons in his front feet. Although this problem in itself is not painful, due to the way he walks, it has turned into arthritis and he is on medication for this. He only needs very short walks on soft ground and he is happy with this. He is on pain relief for the arthritis and we will be happy to pay for any veterinary care relating to this problem.

If there is anyone who can offer this gentle giant the home life that he is missing so much, please contact us as soon as possible. His foster home is only available until May. Brandy has lived in a multi-Greyhound home with both males and females
